Welcome to the North Providence Housing Authority’s Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) owner/landlord web page!

The HCV Program is a great opportunity for owners/landlords to be guaranteed a good portion of their rent on the 1st of each month. Qualified family participants who are eligible to receive a Housing Choice Voucher pay between 30-40% of their monthly, adjusted income toward their rent and the PHA pays the remaining amount.

The HCV Program is funded through the Federal Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The PHA is committed to developing partnerships with private owners/landlords to provide decent, safe, and sanitary housing to our HCV family participants.
